    The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 4384--A Bill to amend and reenact §18-20-1c of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to education of exceptional children; requiring processes for certain other teachers of students with exceptional needs to either participate in the meeting to develop or document reading and understanding of the student’s individualized education program; requiring accommodations and modifications if needed or identified; and requiring the individual education program meeting be held by telephone or through other electronic means if holding the meeting at the school that the student attends in not feasible.
